As a digital marketing employee responsible for planning and copywriting campaigns with a focus on LinkedIn, here is a list of key responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with a specific focus on LinkedIn. This involves understanding the target audience, setting campaign objectives, and determining the best approach to achieve them.

  2. Content Creation: Creating engaging and compelling content tailored to  platforms like Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. This includes writing captivating headlines, crafting concise and persuasive copy, speaking with clients and creating stories, recording interviews for content and incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags.

  3. Campaign Planning: Planning and organizing social media marketing campaigns, including setting campaign timelines, budget allocation, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.

  4. Audience Targeting: Identifying and targeting the appropriate audience on LinkedIn based on factors such as demographics, job titles, industry, and interests. Utilizing LinkedIn's advertising tools to reach the desired audience effectively.

  5. Content Creation and Management: Creating and optimizing content that align with the organisations objectives. This includes designing visually appealing creatives, video, collection content, writing compelling copy, and monitoring ad performance to make data-driven optimizations.

  6. Monitoring and Analytics: Monitoring the performance of Social Media campaigns regularly. Analyzing key metrics such as impressions, clicks, engagement, and conversions. Using data insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
