Editorial Coordinator

Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 8 yrs.
Key Skills Required: Corel Draw, Pagemaker, Photoshop.
Must have good experience in designing the advertisements for the clients. Preferred candidates from Print Media Industry (For e.g: who has worked in newspaper/magazine using the tools corel draw, pagemaker/indesign, Photoshop for designing the advertisements)
Must have good typing speed in Hindi & English.
Job Location: South Delhi, M-Block Market,GK-II.

The magazine editor is responsible for timely planning and execution of all the magazines published by the company.
He/She magazine editor will personally look after at least 10 different issues of Delhi, which would require organizing meeting with local editors, choosing the content, compiling the issues and publishing them.

The magazine editor has to monitor publications handled by all the coordinating editors of Delhi & Noida. The editor has to review all the article for accuracy and ensure that they are local to the colonies/sectors they are published from.
Individual colony editors, the area coordinating editor, magazine editor and the editor in chief make up the editorial board for every magazine.

Job Description

Responsible for providing both clerical, secretarial, administrative support to senior managers, colleagues and company directors.
Extensive Knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages.
Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Make random calls to residents/readers to cross check whether they have received the monthly edition or not.(Starting from 1st to 15th of every month)
Responsible for collecting data from Google/Internet. Coordinating with Local editors for collection of Leaflet/Flyer.
Assisting in clerical/bookkeeping duties and preparing daily bank deposits.
Maintaining records of all office expenses, such as Stationery, Pantry etc
Coordinating the purchase and maintenance of office equipment
Coordinating with the HR, Directors to refine and administer office policies and procedures
Maintaining general office tidiness, managing and maintaining office technology.
Make Vouchers and getting them approved from the concerned dept.
Validating data by calling the prospects and updating the CRM
Monitoring the movement of the supervisors and the distribution/collection boys.
Report to the seniors your daily activities on the CRM
Submit report of the number of copies read/date/time/costs of delivery
Monitor credit collection and make daily collection report and submit collection to theDirector/Accounts
In absence of Data Validation Executive, office coordinator is responsible to validate the data and transfer to the concern dept.

The Corporate Sales Managers at Community Samvada will be responsible for: Selling/booking advertising space to SMEs and Corporate and help them connect with our readers of top most localities of South Delhi and Noida. They will be joining a team of experienced advertising and marketing experts who are developing breakthrough marketing programs, delivering world-class customer service, and achieving Samvada’s goal of becoming a global leader in the hyper local advertising industry.

The ideal candidate should have an experience in print media/insurance/hospitality or service industry.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
Engage with clients to demonstrate how Samvada can help them drive revenue to their business.
Develop and cultivate deep relationships with variety of clients.
Hit target revenue quota.
Pitch new business to prospective clients.
Update and create sales proposals.
Ensure repeat /larger business from existing clients (Client retention)

Basic Qualifications:
